1. On agreement of the quote, a 50% deposit will be due upfront. The balance will then be due 4 weeks before the wedding date. 

 

2​. Three digital proofs will be provided for approval for printed materials (invitations, order of services, printed menus). Proof one will have initial designs and concepts where Imo will welcome all changes and feedback. The second proof is for you to check all details and spellings and the 3rd proof (if needed) is for final approval.

 

3. Any spellings and details are your responsibility to provide and check correctly. Imo will always check everything to the best of her ability. However, it is your responsibility to check the ‘final approval’ proof. Any reprinting needed after the ‘final approval’ has been signed off by you will be charged at the customers expense.

 

4. We recommend printing off your proofs to scale to carefully check everything before you give Imo approval. It is recommended that more than 1 person proofs all the print elements.

5. All on the day stationery elements will be delivered 1-2 weeks before your wedding. ​

 

6. Imo must be given 4 weeks notice to make changes to hand painted stationery items. Changes cannot be made to hand-painted products (seating plans, table names and place cards) within 4 weeks of your wedding. Changes can be made to printed products up to 2 weeks before your wedding.

7. All designs are bespoke and are property of Imo Harries Designs. They cannot be resold to other parties or copied without consent from Imo.
